Our Terms Of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE  Luxury Car Cleaners provides mobile car detailing services to customers in Rhode Island. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

**1. Services Provided**

Provider agrees to perform car detailing services as agreed upon with the Customer. The specific services to be provided, along with pricing and any additional terms, will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the Customer.

**2. Payment and Cancellation**

Payment for services rendered is due at the time of completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

**3. Customer Responsibilities**

Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the vehicle to be detailed and to disclose any special instructions or concerns to Provider before the commencement of services.

**4. Quality Assurance**

Provider strives to deliver high-quality car detailing services. In the event that Customer is dissatisfied with the services provided due to mistakes made by Provider, Provider will re-do the service or fix the issue at no additional cost to the Customer.

**5. Liability**

Provider will not be liable for any damages to the vehicle that are pre-existing or that occur during the detailing process, unless caused by negligence on the part of Provider. Customer is responsible for removing any personal items of value from the vehicle prior to the detailing service.

**6. Governing Law**

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

**7. Changes to Terms**

Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes to the Terms of Service.

By engaging the services of Provider, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
